BUCKET TRUCK SERVICE AND RENTAL
Colonial Tree Service has several bucket trucks to add to the fleet of our equipment to better serve you our customer to ensure your job is done to perfection. An estimator will determine at the time of your evaluation on your property what type of equipment is needed to complete your work effectively and efficiently. A skilled crew who is trained to operate the bucket truck in coordination with a ground crew will work together to meet and exceed all of your job specifications. Our bucket trucks are also available for rental on a half day and full day basis with an operator. Prices are upon request and scheduling is done accordingly.

CRANE SERVICE AND RENTAL
Colonial tree Service Inc. provides crane service if needed and is determined by your estimator. We employ professional crane operators who work the tree business daily. A crane operator must possess the necessary skills needed to complete a large tree removal job in a safe and reliable manner. Crane service helps to make tree removal much more cost effective and improves the overall job efficiency and timeliness. Our crane may also be contracted out on a half day and full day basis with an operator for tree work and or other specified appropriate work. Prices are upon request and scheduling is done accordingly.

STUMP REMOVAL
Colonial Tree Service Inc. can remove your stump when we cut down your tree from your property. With our top of the line stump grinding machines, we can remove unsightly stump from anywhere on your property. We can remove any unsightly stump from anywhere on your property. We own many different sized machines to handle stumps that are extremely large in size, or are located on a sloped hill, or a stump that is wedged in a narrow surrounding. We can leave the tree stump wood chips piled up for you to re-use as mulch, or haul them away for extra charge. The estimator will work with you to determine what your options are based on your plans with the area. This will include how wide and deep to grind the tree stump roots. An estimator will give you a price based on size and diameter of the stump as well as location and difficulty of the removal.

LAND CLEARING
Colonial Tree Service Inc does also specialize in land clearing unlike most tree companies. Our equipment such as Hydro-stumpers, Hydro-axes, Tree skidders, Tree chippers and Tub grinders all assist in our land clearing efforts. A land clearing quote can be obtained for our commercial contractors or a resident clearing a lot for their home waiting to be built. The cost of land clearing varies greatly. Each project is assessed on an individual basis. The factors that influence brush removal bids are dependent on the acreage to be cleared, the type of clearing required, tree type, size and density. Also the accessibility, the terrain, and the location. A Colonial estimator will be happy to walk the site with you or a representative from your company or look at blue prints of your location to determine a price on your clearing.

CHIP BRUSH
Colonial Tree Service Inc. has many different size chippers that will be used on most jobs to chip or grind small limbs, branches and logs. We can also come and chip brush piles already in your yard that you have gathered or you need us to clean up. For commercial use, we can chip and grind large brush piles for other companies or commercial sites.

GRINDING/ TUB GRINDING SERVICES
Colonial Tree Service Inc. owns a waste recycling machine that grinds up stumps, large pieces of wood branches and piles of brush. Mainly used on commercial sites, this machine can be contracted out with an operated and hauled to your job site. We lease the grinding machine with our operator to other land clearing companies and other tree companies that may be stock piling wood or yard waste and need to reduce it for recycling purposes. Our rates for this machine are quoted on a per job basis and scheduling is done accordingly.

SNOW REMOVAL
Colonial Tree Service, Inc does offer complete snow removal services. We offer snow plowing services for both large and small commercial lots, streets, and parking lots. We generally contract our service to associations, management companies, commercial complexes, colleges and universities, hospitals and government facilities. If our area encounters an extreme snow storm, we also provide snow hauling services by using our tree company equipment and trucks. Equipment and labor will be quoted on an hourly basis. CABLING AND BRACING
In cases of an emergency of damaged trees Colonial Tree Service Inc. can perform certain procedures to prevent them from either falling or splitting. Cabling involves installing steel cables between major limbs to reduce strain and help support the tree. Cabling also helps reduce stress damage from high winds and excess ice or snow weight. Bracing is for large, weak, or split crotches, and is used to give direct support and reduce twisting strain on the tree. A metal rod is inserted through the crotch and two or more cables are placed above it. In either situation a Colonial professional would determine which procedure would best fit your jobs needs and based on the evaluation a quote would be given.
